Lead paid digital strategy and activation for clinical trial recruitment.
Strategic Planning – work directly with research teams to design paid social media recruitment campaigns based on recruitment goals and participant inclusion criteria.
Management and Data Analysis – build ads, set-up and manage campaigns, monitor performance and make real-time optimizations based on data. Build and manage 5-10 paid social campaigns per month.
Notable Highlights – Paid social campaigns I plan and execute are the top performing recruitment tool - responsible for generating 45%+ of randomized study volunteers for major multi-market studies.
Support redesign of the Atrium Health public-facing clinical trial and research study website.
Content Development – develop copy for main sections of the website, ensuring the copy is written in plain language, accessible to the general public.
Data Management – utilize OnCore and eIRB to retrieve data sets of research studies that need to migrate over to the new website. Work with internal teams and study teams to verify data for accuracy.
Notable Highlights – meticulously track data for 250+ research studies that will migrate to the new website.

Account Leadership – served as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships based on trust, and collaboration, which led to expanding project scope and budgets.
Strategic Architecture – partnered with clients to define marketing objectives, develop strategic plans, and create project roadmaps that met their business goals.
Notable Highlights – directed internal and external teams (creative and production) to ensure seamless project execution of a video with custom animation and music and a company culture guide celebrating their 175th Anniversary. Developed internal and external rollout plan to generate employee and community enthusiasm. Projects were delivered on time and on budget.

Captained internal team of high-performing project managers and UX Designers that delivered work at a rate that outpaced external agency.
Process Strategy & Vision – defined and communicated a clear process vision for Creative Services that aligned with the institution's overall business strategy and customer needs by improving our intake process, tracking team output volume on a monthly basis and effectively communicating strategy and process recommendations to senior and executive-level management.
Stakeholder Collaboration – worked closely with cross-functional teams (technology, marketing, compliance, UX/UI, legal, and operations) to ensure product alignment with internal capabilities, regulatory requirements, and business line goals.
